Active releases CRM app
Active Modules has released the latest version of its customer relationship management (CRM) application, Active CRM, states TMCnet.
Highlights of the improved features include sales and marketing enhancements, such as giving invoices custom fields, and the ability to track payment history and status.
The product can automatically capture lead information from a Web site. It comes with advanced workspace and calendar features that let users maintain a universal event calendar for a whole organisation.
Gen-i, Global Speech partner
Systems integrator Gen-i has partnered with hosted call centre provider Global Speech Networks (GSN) to deliver contact centre solutions to its customer base, says ARNnet.
Gen-i will combine its IP-PBX platform, based on Broadsoft technology, with GSN's hosted contact centre solutions.
GSN's call centre solution includes integrated IVR, speech recognition, WFM and call recording technologies. The partnership will draw on Gen-i's integration, management and consulting services.
TouchStar garners awards
TouchStar, a call centre technology provider, has received two product-of-the-year-awards, reports TMCnet.
The company received the awards from Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine and Internet Telephony magazine.
Both the magazines have awarded TouchStar for its outstanding quality and innovation in call centre technology.
