Addition of human capital management offering makes Britehouse offering holistic

The formation of Britehouse BPM, a new subsidiary focused on human capital management (HCM) consulting, outsourcing and hosting, positions Britehouse SSD to provide clients with holistic SAP-based services.

So says one of the Britehouse founding directors, Grant Tate, who is responsible for setting up the new company. “In our interactions with clients on a wide spectrum of SAP disciplines, we've seen an escalating and often urgent need for HR and payroll specialists who also have a SAP focus.

“We realised that if we applied to HCM the Britehouse philosophy of not only getting things done, but getting them done in ways that most benefit each individual client's business, we could assist organisations with the complex processes of aligning HCM to their business needs, while also ensuring that their SAP systems fully serve and support their most important assets - their human resources.

“Also, we believe that our reputation for delivery will encourage organisations to embark on a different, but extremely compelling, way of owning SAP.

“So, we've converted what was an outsourcing company, Kopano, into a business process management business focused on SAP-flavoured HR and payroll consulting, services and support.”

Tate is presently focused on restructuring Britehouse BPM to have a higher ratio of permanent senior skills to specialist contractors, with many consultants and team leaders in various HR disciplines already in place.

“We're expecting to grow extensively during 2012 as we extend our client base to existing SAP customers and also to new customers who might not have their own SAP systems, but want the cost, efficiency and process enhancing benefits of subscribing to our hosted SAP systems.”

Britehouse BPM offers four modular services: advisory services; consulting; support and outsourcing services; and business process and application on-demand, hosted and subscription services.

Britehouse BPM HCM Advisory Services ensures that SAP and other HR applications are implemented in the context of the client's process and structural limitations, while still enabling the organisation to have in place the right people doing the right jobs in the right way. Services include attracting the correct talent, ensuring it's in the correct position, retaining and developing it, and ensuring the needs of both the company and the employee are met.

Britehouse BPM Consulting Services enables clients to fully exploit SAP HCM by providing them with access to specialists in payroll and HR functions who also have track records in SAP HCM. Areas covered include SAP HCM Workforce Management, SAP HCM Employee Self-Service, SAP HCM Talent Management, and SAP HCM Employee Relations.

Britehouse BPM Support and Outsourcing Services are provided on-premise or remotely and are subject to stringent service level agreements tailored to each client's specific needs. The support service includes end-user support, user training, SAP HCM Configuration changes and developments, support packages and SAP Notes, legislative compliance and changes, and technical support, including Basis, Portal and integration (XI/PI).

The outsourcing service includes outsourcing of HR and payroll business processing, temporary assignments of HR staff for back-office support, and peak period assignments.

Britehouse BPM Business Process and Application Outsourcing focuses on making HCM affordable on both the technical and operational front. It provides SAP HCM software on either a subscription (SBH) model, in which the client owns the solution after the contractual period, or an outsourced (BPO) pay-per-use model.

The subscription-based hosting option gives organisations access to a SAP Business All-in-One solution that is hosted and managed by Britehouse BPM.
