Advance Forum Europe 2012 highlights

London, 12 Jul 2012

The Advance Forum Europe 2012 was held in London on 11 and 12 June. This is DST's annual client conference, where clients from across Europe have the opportunity to learn best practices in the industry, share experiences, get familiar with the new developments of AWD, and discover the most effective uses for BPM across their organisations.

This year's Advance Forum Europe was the best-attended client event to date, with attendees benefiting from numerous plenary and breakout sessions, client case studies and the AWD hands-on labs.

The Forum introduced the new Case Management feature of AWD10, which, with its flexible process management, interactive dashboards, and built-in communications, allows organisations to be more intuitive to their customers' demands.

The feedback received has been extremely positive and the keynote speaker, Olympian Roger Black MBE, who shared his thoughts on teamwork and collaboration, went down a storm. Some of the comments received included:

“I really feel that the Forum was a hugely positive event and one that presented DST as a forward-thinking, dynamic and customer-focused organisation. It was highly enjoyable, stimulating and thought-provoking.”

“I found the breakout sessions to be very useful. I also found the whole experience to be positive. I have experienced similar events for other software/professional service providers that were negative and a forum for airing complaints. My takeaway from the event was that your products were good and that you listened to your customers.”
