AdvanceNet-Pivotal announced today that Daco Services, a Johannesburg-based service company that has been selling and servicing industrial retail equipment such as forklifts since 1995, has selected Pivotal eRelationship as a technology platform for sales, service, marketing and administration. Daco Services is looking to set new standards for service delivery in this industrial industry.
"We were looking for a software solution that had the ability to increase our operational efficiencies and profit," says Dave Connelly, Daco Services Managing Director.

A large portion of Daco`s requirements centred on automating business processes and utilising information more effectively.
