The "all-in-One" worldwide service offering is set to redefine the concept of service in the voice and data market, further expanding Alcatel`s service to that of a technological alliance with its clients.
A spectrum of services is available through three main families, namely

Implement and deploy - Installation and various training options.
Operate and maintain - Online advice, system adaptation, statistics and reporting.
These services encapsulate almost every possible customer requirement to ensure complete customer service satisfaction. "all-in-One" also offers complete flexibility, meaning each client can contract services specifically tailored to their individual requirements.
