Alcatel announced today that VARBusiness, the leading business-to-business magazine for the solution provider community, ranked Alcatel number one among communications/networking solutions companies in its 2003 Annual Report Card (ARC).
Alcatel won the award against Cisco, Nortel, 3Com, Enterasys and HP.

Winners were selected based on the survey results of more than 5 000 systems integrators, IT consulting organisations, value-added resellers, solution providers and software developers.
The ARC Awards were given out yesterday at a gala event in Orlando. Results of the ARC survey will be published in the 13 October issue of VARBusiness.
