AmVia launches hot digital call management for SMEs

AmVia - Voicematix has launched Messagemate, an all-in-one call management system developed specifically for small and medium business.

Connectable with most PABXs (key telephone systems), Messagemate provides all call management requirements and features such as Voicemail, a `Virtual Receptionist`, Automatic Call Diversion and customisable music/information on-hold all in one digital unit.

Messagemate leads with respect to other competitors within the telecommunications technology market with a multi-faceted product offering the SME a state of the art system that provides all the features of a "big business" call management system at a fraction of the cost.

AmVia`s Mission Controller, Kevin Hurwitz says, "In fact, there is no competitor within the market that provides a comparable solution at Messagemate`s price point. A number of piecemeal competitors exist yet their products are vastly limited in features and generally more expensive."

AmVia`s move to supply an SME specific product was to create an alternative new market opportunity to the highly cluttered corporate enterprise voice messaging space.

The Messagemate range stores the operative system in a section of the removable flash memory card thereby reducing the likelihood of damage, as there are no moving parts. As operational design changes or enhancements become available, the operative system can be easily upgraded by programming a new flash memory card and swapping it with the existing flash memory card.

Messagemate is manufactured in 8, 4, 2 or 1 Port capacities facilitating up to 50 voice mail boxes with Up to 4 extensions in each mailbox. The system also features call routing, external notification, remote access, time and date stamping, transference, archiving, auto attendant, info-on-hold and after hours answering. The system is intuitive and easy to use. With its `plug & play` properties, installation, set-up and configuration happens in under 2-hours.

Hurwitz concludes, "By applying Messagemate to your business` telephone system, the "abandonment" and "cut-off" factors are removed. Our latest surveys indicate that between 25 & 30% of calls to small/medium sized companies are either abandoned or lost. In most cases, this directly translates to lost business opportunities.
