AmVia named number one global RightFax partner fourth year in row

AmVia has, for the fourth time in a row, walked off with the Captaris international Partner of the Year award at Captaris's Partner Appreciation Awards Dinner held last month in Kuala Lampur. The award was made for AmVia's successes with Captaris's RightFax.

In addition to this award, Captaris, a specialist in the electronic document delivery arena, gave AmVia the Regional High Achievement award for Middle East and Africa.

AmVia is best known for its fax server, RightFax, a cornerstone of the local electronic document delivery market.

Captaris highlighted at the dinner that the worldwide fax market continues to grow. Sound document management practices in organisations ensure faxing remains an essential business tool - with the fax server being the favoured solution for enterprises.

Boudje Giljam, sales and marketing director at AmVia, says the growing need for legal compliance, document security and confidentiality and speed has spurred the immense global growth of the fax server market.
