Performance management company, Analytix, has announced the availability of Version 4.5 of PerformancePlus, the latest generation of balanced scorecard software applications developed by INPHASE Software. With PerformancePlus Version 4.5, INPHASE Software has become the first vendor to align a single enterprise performance management and balanced scorecard product to an organisations performance management maturity cycle stage.
Organisations that are automating their performance management process often have an aspiration to achieve best practise in performance management, but know that they are on a journey, and are only at the early stages.

New training courses tailored to the different needs of user types, with end user software training starting at only two hours.
PerformancePlus Version 4.5 is fully Web-based and tested compatible with Microsoft .Net technology, and is available on servers: Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, and for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6, on Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP. PerformancePlus has been certified by the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative.
