The sleek, sophisticated and stylish LG 1730S LCD monitor is now available to the local market via Annex Distribution. The latest from the international manufacturer and suppliers` Flatron Series, the 1730S represents a new generation LCD panel with the looks, functionality and performance, its developers suggest, that will position it among top-of-the-line models.
Built to illuminate the world of hi-tech digital lifestyle, the 1730S houses tilt, swivel and height adjustment features that help to eliminate fatigue and eyestrain.
"Developers have paid attention to the benefits of a streamlined, sophisticated yet convenient ergonomic design. The focus is very much a careful blend of practical consideration with functions that are meant to enhance the digital experience of the consumer," explains Chris Anderson, LG Product Manager at Annex Distribution.
High-resolution images and end-result screen clarity are ensured through a native resolution of 1 280 x 1 024 with a response time of 12ms and 16.2 milllion colours.
Key specifications include a built-in power adapter for reduced cable clutter and easy wall-mounting, an OSD Lock function to prevent unwanted changes to display settings, as well as an Auto Adjustment function to automatically set image position, phase and pitch.
"There is also a LightView function that allows the user to customise brightness and colour temperature according to their computing environment," adds Anderson.
The recommended retail price of the LG 1730S LCD is R2 699, VAT inclusive.
