Forever Young, trading as Annique, today announced that it has completely outsourced its technology operations and system to Artec Computer Systems and Exordia.
Annique, based in Pretoria, has a network that embraces its head office, several depots and salons, as well as some 20 000 registered sales agents/members spread across the country.
The central hosting service for Annique and the provision of the accounting software solution (Axapta) is undertaken by Exordia, while the desktop management, the support of LAN network, infrastructure and on-site support is handled by Artec. The IT function was previously handled in-house.
"We are not only seeking to increase our efficiency and to increase our overall capability, but would also like to bring our members into a closer communications community. Thus, we see this outsourcing model as the most appropriate means of satisfying our needs in this regard, and know that the service being provided by Artec and Exordia, will enable us to do this," commented Henk Theron, Managing Director of Annique.
