The Executive Committee of Performanta Technologies is pleased to announce that Nombulelo Sindi Mabizela has been appointed as the Non-Executive Director of Performanta Technologies' Board of Directors.
Mabizela has experience both in the public and private sectors, is a qualified international Coach, Vista University, and the Standard Bank Senior Leadership Programme graduate who is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) thesis with the Management College of Southern Africa. She brings with her extensive experience and knowledge acquired over many years in the governance, consulting, auditing and risk management space, having held senior positions within Citibank, the Road Accident Fund and Standard Bank, to name a few.
A member of the Black Management Forum, Businesswomen's Association, Institute of Risk Management South Africa (irmsa), MBA Connect, Coaches and Mentors of South Africa, Mabizela adds valuable entrepreneurial strategic thinking, critical analysis, risk management, and solid IT and business acumen. Her current duties include being a Board Member of the RGM School of Excellence, which she co-founded in Ekurhuleni in 2009 to uplift maths and science in the townships.
