Ardent Software, the global provider of business intelligence infrastructure software, has announced a partnership with AppsCo Software, a provider of data mart and analytical application development solutions for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
Under terms of the agreement, Ardent will integrate AppsMart, AppsCo`s Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 software development environment, with Ardent`s DataStage Suite - a data movement and integration offering for data warehouse, business intelligence and e-business applications.
The companies will deliver advanced time-to-deployment solutions for data warehouses and analytic applications developed on SQL Server 7.0. These solutions will allow businesses to extract data from operational systems and convert that data into business-specific information, significantly reducing development and deployment cycles.
