Artec Computer Systems today announced that Ster-Kinekor`s IT department help desk had now been fully outsourced to Artec Computer Systems.
"We have asked Artec to help us install a help desk and to provide additional support staff as and when required," commented John Campbell, IT Executive at Ster-Kinekor, "and this they have done very successfully. It makes more economic sense to us to outsource this total capability and hence the request to Artec to fulfil this role, since we had always received excellent service from their technical staff."
Following the successful outsourcing to Artec of this help desk facility, which also manages and co-ordinates requirements for the Ster-Kinekor theatres, its capabilities have been offered for use by other parts of the Primedia Group.
