AST eBIS introduces new standards in e-Business

AST eBusiness Integrity Solutions, a division of Advanced Software Technologies-Abraxas (AST-A), has announced Entrust Technologies` fifth-generation e-Business solutions, Entrust/PKI 5.0 software and Desktop Solutions 5.0, which will provide customers with increased control, flexibility and trust in all of their e-business transactions.

The new products available from Entrust includes:

• Entrust/PKI 5.0 software is a managed PKI solution with best-in-class security, flexibility and low cost of operation for enabling organisations to conduct trusted e-business with customers, suppliers, business partners and employees.

• Desktop Solutions 5.0 is an application CD that is designed to work seamlessly with the PKI 5.0 software so that organisations can secure business transactions such as e-mailing confidential information to clients or partners. It features a variety of solutions for secure desktop, e-mail, Web and ERP as well as Entrust/Entelligence to manage the day to -day security functions transparently on behalf of users.

• Entrust/Roaming 5.0 delivers trust to the mobile user by extending the capabilities of Entrust/PKI 5.0 to deliver a flexible solution for end users to securely access their credentials anywhere on the network from a centrally managed directory.

Entrust/Toolkits 5.0 enables organisations to create trusted e-business solutions for users to easily encrypt, digitally sign, and authenticate electronic transactions across all applications.
