Consumer and SME telecommunications provider, @lantic, is in the process of revamping its existing franchise outlets and contracting a number of new outlets.
The latest addition is the full retail and service outlet of the Bloemfontein North franchise. The franchise is situated in Mimosa Mall and is positioned strategically to service the extended @lantic customer base in the larger Bloemfontein area.
According to Neil Meyer, MD of @lantic: “With @lantic's acquisition of the ABSA Internet customer base as well as Bloemfontein-based service providers SHISAS and MJVNET, it has become imperative that our service points in Bloemfontein and, for that matter, across South Africa, be dramatically improved to provide local service to our customers. The local franchise outlets are the ideal mechanism to provide our customers with technical and account services on their doorstep. This differentiates us from the other major players in the Internet industry, and puts us in line with the major telecommunication providers.
