ATIO announces CyberCall in South Africa

Johannesburg, 06 Jul 1998

ATIO Corporation, a worldwide leader in customer interaction solutions, announces the launch of CyberCall in South Africa at Call Centres Africa `98.

Research shows that customer service is the single most important factor in a customers` decision to stay with a company or abandon it for the competition. In order to maintain customer loyalty while striving to expand the customer base, your business must provide immediate access to high quality, knowledgeable service and support to the customer through whichever media type they choose. Whether it is via the telephone, E-mail, fax, or the Web, the customer can contact your business on their terms. CyberCall enables businesses to deliver this high level of personalized customer service while keeping capital expenditures and operating costs to a minimum.

CyberCall is a customer interaction solution providing customers with a choice of ways to contact your company - telephone, email, fax, or via the web. The CyberCall platform offers both automated and human interaction processing capabilities - IVR, Fax-on-demand, automated email - and the interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In addition, CyberCall can perform Automated Call Distribution (ACD) for all interaction types and interaction processing resources. An outbound module is also available providing outbound campaign management and preview/progressive dialing. In combination with the ACD features, CSR resources can be effectively applied in a call blending scenario.

Creating such a comprehensive customer interaction solution the traditional way - by holding various applications from separate vendors together with "CTI-glue" - has several downsides. It is most often a big and expensive project. Compounding the issue is the fact that the glue is very often not waterproof and doesn`t stick. The result is a solution that is not nearly as tightly integrated as it should be and is difficult to manage.

CyberCall is a refreshing change. No more plug-and-PRAY. All the features are part of the same platform and integration is not needed - it is built in. Even the integration with your business applications and back-office systems becomes easier. CyberCall comes with a built-in toolkit supporting open standards and de-facto programming languages. The result is a cost effective integration and fast deployment.

CyberCall also makes management of the call centre much easier. The built-in management tools configure all the modules with the same ease. Reporting, both in real-time and historical, of all call centre data, is also done with one tool. Now it is possible to create reports showing the different transaction types (telephone, email, fax, Web) in the same format or even in the same report. Likewise, it is possible to create reports on the performance of the entire interaction processing resources (IVR, Fax-on-demand, email, outbound, and CSRs) in a comprehensive manner. Load balancing of all the call centre resources is no longer magic and hard work. CyberCall makes it easy.

ATIO Corporation is committed to deliver business solutions which improve your company`s` competitive advantages. Please stop by our Stand number C26 at Call Centres Africa `98 and explore what CyberCall can do for your business.
