Six Interactive Intelligence, Inc partners claimed coveted channel awards at last week`s Interactive Intelligence EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Partner Conference in Amsterdam.
ATIO Corporation, South Africa, took two awards. The first was the Pinnacle Award for bringing in the biggest single deal in EMEA in 2004. This year saw the introduction of a special award for marketing. This second award, as the name suggests, recognises marketing activity. Quality, focus and a commitment to promoting the Interactive Intelligence brand, as well as generating new business opportunities, made ATIO Corporation a worthy first winner.
Partner of the Year went to Dutch integrator, Brickworks. The company demonstrated exceptional skills, business and technical, in partnering with customers for Interactive Intelligence`s business communications software.
The Best Engineering Award, an award voted by the EMEA Interactive Intelligence Support Services team for focus on customer satisfaction, went to KPN, Netherlands. The fiercely contested Rising Star Award, awarded to the most promising channel newcomer, was shared by IP Experts, France, and Germany`s Agori Communications. TietoEnator, also from Germany, won the Best New Application Award for offering CIC, Interactive Intelligence`s contact centre software, as a hosted ASP solution.
"All of our award-winners have certain characteristics," said Richard Brown, Interactive Intelligence`s Managing Director, EMEA. "They are all successful, innovative, offer great value and have the customer at the heart of what they do - the very definition of what makes a great channel partner. Choosing award winners this year was a tough decision. Last quarter in EMEA was our best ever - with a determined, innovative channel like this, we can only get stronger, and these awards acknowledge our partners` contributions."
Interactive Intelligence EMEA sells exclusively through its growing channel of resellers, currently numbering over 40.
