ATIO clinches double Gold partner status and fastest growing partner award from Nortel

Johannesburg, 27 Mar 2008

Local specialist ICT services company, ATIO, has been awarded Nortel Gold Partner Status for Ethernet Routing and Switching solutions. The additional certification now makes ATIO a Nortel double Gold partner following the company's previous Nortel Gold Partner status for voice.

ATIO has also received the award for being the fastest growing Nortel Partner at the annual Nortel Partner Awards held recently.

"ATIO will continue to invest in growing its existing engineering skills and bringing new Nortel-certified engineers into the marketplace through our learnership programme. Our company has seen tremendous growth in its Nortel business unit, especially in the last 12 months, in voice, data and contact centres. This necessitated additional resources to ensure that we not only implement solutions timeously but also ensure service levels are met and exceeded - one of ATIO's major differentiators in the ICT industry," says Neville Quinton, Business Unit Executive at ATIO.

ATIO's Nortel business unit falls within the ATIO interactive division, which focuses on contact centres, self-service automation, workforce optimisation, converged networks, unified communications, mobility and IP telephony.
