ATIO partnership award

The SA IT company scores a top international accolade.
Johannesburg, 12 Jul 2007

ATIO Corporation, a leading South African IT company, has recently been awarded top accolades at an international awards ceremony.

ATIO was crowned 2006 Partner of the Year by Interactive Intelligence, an international business communications software developer, and was also awarded its Platinum Elite partner status.

According to Dave Paulding, Interactive Intelligence's regional sales manager for UK and Africa, this is a significant achievement. "ATIO outshone 38 active resellers in the EMEA region to win Partner of the Year for the third consecutive year, and, out of 140 resellers worldwide, only five have achieved Platinum Elite partner status.

This is an outstanding performance against strong international companies," he says. The Platinum Elite partner status reflects strong delivery in customer satisfaction and expertise. In addition to the EMEA awards, ATIO was also recognised as the global partner of the year in 2005.

Paulding says: "ATIO's commitment, focus and innovation have led to its success. It is totally committed to a partnership based on mutual success."

Dawn Wood, business unit executive at ATIO Corporation, says the award is recognition of the investment and commitment ATIO has made. "We aim to provide world-class services to our clients, and Interactive Intelligence helps us deliver on this promise,"

ATIO has 18 certified engineers supporting Interactive Intelligence's solution - more than any other reseller in the EMEA region. Wood says the all-in-one nature of Interactive Intelligence's solution is what makes it appealing for clients. "The solution can be managed on one platform, resulting in a lower total cost of ownership."
