ATIO, a specialist ICT solutions and services company, recently achieved two partner status awards from Nortel.
ATIO officially received Nortel Gold Partner Status for Enterprise IP Telephony and is also already a Certified Nortel Data solutions partner for Ethernet Routers and Switching solutions.
"Achieving Gold Partner status is paramount to ATIO's strategy of not just attaining new customers but retaining them, and even though ATIO's Nortel business unit is relatively young, within the organisation great strides have been made during the past 12 months that have seen ATIO sign up significant blue chip accounts for voice, data and contact centres," says Neville Quinton, Business Unit Executive at ATIO.
ATIO's Nortel business unit falls within the ATIO interactive division, which focuses on contact centres, self-service automation, workforce optimisation, converged networks, unified communications, mobility and IP telephony.
