Attaain gets AIIP award
The Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP) has given Attaain the 10th annual AIIP Technology Award, reports Information Today.
AttaainCI is a competitive intelligence and market intelligence tool, which provides information through a Web-based system.
"AIIP believes that Attaain Inc's product not only enables information professionals to provide competitive intelligence to their clients, but also can help them to track companies to target for marketing," says AIIP president Marcy Phelps.
L7 Solutions, myDials partner
Business intelligence start-up myDials has partnered with Western Australia-based L7 Solutions to deliver myDials' software-as-a-service BI technologies, according to CRN Australia.
The partnership will extend myDials' presence in the state to L7's 200 active clients ranging from utility providers, through to smaller, niche and mid-sized privately owned companies.
L7 Solutions will sell as a service myDials' dashboards, performance and metrics reporting across engineering, mining and manufacturing sectors in the state.
Yellow Pages contract renewed for $100m
CGI has renewed its contract with the Yellow Pages Group, a Canadian local search provider, states CNNMoney.
CGI will manage the applications and infrastructure of Yellow Pages Group, including business intelligence and the optimisation of the company's research tools.
This extension is valued at more than $100 million, the contract with CGI lasting until 2019.
