Tri-network service provider Autopage Cellular is adding MyWireless Broadband to its product range from next week.
Stephen Blewett, MD of Autopage Cellular, says broadband wireless is one of the company`s initiatives to support its vision of becoming a full spectrum communications company.
Sentech is rolling out base stations around the country, and Blewett confirms there is still only coverage in certain areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape.
If a consumer subscribes to MyWireless through Autopage Cellular, and is within the "zone" and the signal is not received successfully in that specific area, a seven-day money-back guarantee will come into effect.
Consumers can choose between three MyWireless products with shared connectivity of 128, 256 and 512Kbps.
A R4 000 upfront payment is charged, which includes the modem and R500 activation fee. The 12- or 24-month contracts include a monthly subscription fee with endless download time and always-on connectivity.
