Voicematix, the unified messaging specialists and suppliers of AVT products in southern Africa, has announced that AVT has earned an all-time high 33 corporate and product awards during the calendar year 1999. This brings the grand total of awards over the past three years to 91.
Included in this year`s honours is the Beacon Award for "Best Messaging Solution" from the Lotus Corporation, as well as four product of the year and five editor`s choice awards from U.S. and international publications such as Network Solutions, Communications Solutions (formerly CTI Magazine), Call Center Solutions, Computer Telephony, Teleconnect Magazine, Internet Telephony and Network Computing Magazine.
In addition, AVT was honoured by Fortune as one of `America`s Fastest Growing Companies`. Forbes named AVT as one of the 200 best small companies in America.

Communications Solutions recognised AVT`s CallXpress with its 1999 Editor`s Choice Award. Editors commented on the product`s ability, "to integrate with almost any PBX". "Combined with good documentation, powerful reporting features, and competitive pricing, CallXpress can now boast its own Editor`s Choice Award."
Teleconnect Magazine gave its Product of the Year recognition to RightFax v7.0 saying, "The new RightFAX 7.0 product line answers any fax need, from simple, low-count IP faxing to Production fax broadcasting, using CommercePath technology.
