AWD flies higher with version 3

The AWD (Automated Work Distributor) product range has recently been made even more powerful with the release of the latest version of AWD. DST International has taken the already robust, potent functionality of AWD version 2, and added industry and client enhancements to the suite.

AWD 3.1 leverages production-proven solutions with enhanced functionality and increased scalability to expand support for all facets of business process management:

AWD provides extended enterprise support to capture and monitor all interactions from customers, brokers, agents, vendors and other third-party systems. AWD`s graphical administration component also integrates to the IDScheer ARIS toolset, which enables administrators to model, design and simulate processes in ARIS and easily import them into AWD for production use.

Data maintenance

AWD`s data maintenance utilities allow AWD administrators to streamline databases and remove redundant data that tends to clog the user operability. These utilities will enhance the database speed by cleaning out non-required information.
