Axia Payroll Outsourcing Services is a complementary offering to the existing Axia Employee Management suite of payroll and HR software and gives the customer peace of mind when it comes to running an effective payroll that is always correct and on time.
Axia Payroll Services is unique as it is a Web-based payroll and HR system that allows for a pay-for-use model instead of charging licence fees, and there is no need to purchase any software upfront.
Customers who choose to outsource their payroll will go through a take-on phase where all requirements surrounding the payroll are discussed and set up. The customer is required to provide the payroll input (such as overtime worked, increases, new engagements, terminations etc.) and once the payroll has been finalised, the customer will be given the opportunity to revise the figures.
Once satisfied, the customer gives the go-ahead for the month-end process. At this point, the customer will receive all the monthly reports electronically, receive all the payslips and, if the customer chooses, all net pays and third party payments can be affected as part of the service.
