Axios Systems' South African business partner, NSS, has welcomed the creation of a focused Best Practice Division.
NSS Chief Executive Lynda Odendaal says: "Axios has invested over 18 years into developing best practice-based solutions and has worked with organisations across the globe on a number of consulting engagements including an ISO/IEC 20000. The creation of the new division therefore becomes an important strategic leap forward, meeting a growing global demand from organisations keen on improving their ITSM capabilities.
"We, like Axios' other global partners, are now even better placed to undertake consulting and training projects which will help customers drive the adoption of standards and best practice in ITSM."
By adopting best practice standards such as ISO/IEC 20000 certification, Odendaal explains, companies will have the most efficient IT support possible and ensure processes meet all levels of compliance, while managed services providers will be able to demonstrate proven, best practice ITSM.
"NSS with its 12 years of commitment to best practice is ideally placed to maximise Axios Systems' Best Practice Division offerings," she says. "We believe we're now best qualified to support customers optimise the management of their IT environments and pursue a successful, standards-based ITSM strategy."
The Best Practice Division will be located in the recently launched global Service Centre in Edinburgh, UK, but will have an international remit to support throughout the world.
