Axiz acquires MGE UPS agency

Axiz has announced that it has been appointed as an official distributor of MGE UPS products.

"We are delighted to have formed this relationship with MGE, as it provides an essential element to our growing Intel server business," says Ryan Steadman, server product manager at Axiz. "Servers provide the primary support infrastructure for many critical applications. Without a UPS, the potential downtime of a server - and therefore the company - represents revenue off its bottom line."

MGE UPS Systems opened its South African subsidiary in October 1998. The head office is based in Midrand while a branch has just been opened in Cape Town. MGE UPS Systems South Africa has all the technical and professional resources required to provide world-class support to its clients throughout the country

Axiz will be distributing MGE`s Pulsar and Comet EXtreme range, which is specifically designed for protecting networks, server farms and telecommunications.
