Axiz has announced that it has created a new position in the company - that of product manager for peripherals - and that Shandu Davhana (31), previously of Workgroup Distribution, has been appointed to fill the post.
Davhana joined Axiz specifically to take up this appointment. According to Joy Roode, business unit manager at Axiz, Davhana brings considerable experience of product management to the company.
Davhana has been tasked with creating and developing Axiz`s peripherals offering in the market.
He comments: "I intend to ensure that Axiz captures significant market penetration through identifying and then targeting the correct products and brands at the most appropriate market segments. The key then lies in maintaining the value and consistency of the supply of these products, which hinges on a strong relationship with the vendors and our customers."
