Local IT infrastructure distributor Axiz has announced the immediate availability of the new P533 digital camera from Genius. As the newest member of the G-Shot family, the Genius P533 is the supermodel of the range with a host of professional yet easy-to-use features.
"The design of the Genius G-Shot P533 camera makes it user-friendly while at the same time allowing for high quality shots to be taken. It is a true CCD digital camera with 12X zoom, enabling users to frame shots for better digital pictures and brings distant subjects closer without moving the 3X digital zoom," says Shandu Davhana, Genius product manager, Axiz.
The mode selector is a design feature which allows the user to select any of the following functions: auto/ manual/ macro/ night scene/ landscape/ portrait or the sports function. Results can be checked immediately with the 1.5-inch TFT preview display which shows a high resolution picture with a 5.25 megapixel size.
Features which make the Genius G-Shot P533 digital camera a professional tool include: 5.25 Megapixel CCD High Resolution, the 12X zoom (3X optical zoom and 4X digital zoom) which allows for both a strong capture and playback mode; the flash (auto/ red eye/ suppressed/ forced) and the self-timer (10sec/ 2sec/ 12sec/ interval) which ensure accuracy; complete compatibility with the Windows environment (IBM PC Pentium II or higher, 128MB hard disk space or higher, Windows XP/ Me/ 2000/ 98) and the Mac environment (Mac OS 8.6 or higher).

The P533 has a built-in MIC and speaker to record video and picture with sound so you can play real images of great moments. There is also a voice memo still image function that reminds you of special pictures with your voice or whoever is using it.
The package contents includes two Li-batteries, a 32MB SD card, rechargeable set of batteries, PhotoSuite and PhotoVista software, and a video and USB cable, which all work together to complete the experience.
