Axiz has announced the immediate availability of the latest USB memory key from Kalliba, the Proudly South African memory vendor.
According to Bruce Murphy, Kalliba product manager at Axiz, the Kalliba MP3 Plus combines a traditional removable USB storage device with audio capabilities, supporting MP3 and Windows Media Audio (WMA) file formats.
"The Kalliba MP3 Plus has an LCD display that shows the track number, track name and volume settings. It has a built in graphic-equaliser with preset levels for pop, rock, jazz, etc, and runs off one AAA battery for approximately 10 hours of music playback. It also has a digital voice recorder which means it can be used as a Dictaphone to capture urgent memos or ideas when you don`t have paper and pen close to hand."
He adds: "The Kalliba MP3 Plus comes standard with headphones for audio playback, and a USB cable to connect to the USB port of a computer or notebook, making it the ideal tool for both work and play."
The Kalliba MP3 Plus is available immediately to the channel through Axiz and will be available to consumers via Incredible Connection outlets during September. It carries a recommended retail price of R899 for 64MB devices.
