The awards, presented by Intelligent Enterprise and Transform magazines, recognise innovative information technology solutions that transform business and enable the intelligent enterprise. Unique to the awards, customers and solution providers are jointly honoured for their innovative execution of a business-driven IT solution.
AXS-One was recognised by the RealWare judges for its deployment of the AXS-One Compliance Platform within one of the premier US organisations in financial protection and wealth management with over $520 billion in assets.
The customer is using the AXS-One SEC 17a-4 and NASD 3010-compliant solution to centrally archive and manage tens of thousands of electronic messages daily for operations and compliance-related purposes within its Lotus Notes environment. With the AXS-One solution in place, the firm is proactively addressing both business and compliance requirements, including secure e-mail archiving with full security and audit trails, content surveillance, keyword and full-text query capabilities, as well as information lifecycle management with storage of messages and attachments on tamperproof storage media.
