The BEQSA 2003 expo, described as the biggest business equipment and office automation event to be staged in the Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, will be held in Cape Town and Durban later this year.
The expo will be take place at the new Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), from 3 to 5 June. It will move to Durban`s International Convention Centre from 7 to 9 October.
Exhibition organiser Doug Adams says BEQSA 2003 will showcase the vital elements needed to run a successful business and is intended to be the premier business-to-business (B2B) expo in each area.
This event will target players in the commerce, industry, professional as well as government and municipal sectors. The exhibition will include the sectors of stationery and office products, signage and graphics, marketing and media services, IT, safety and security, communications and mobile technology.
"Direct contact in a face-to-face situation is a critical component of advertising strategy, and companies that target the above markets now have an ideal opportunity to not only build brand awareness, source leads and prospects but most importantly have a major tool to increase their sales turnover in the two regions," says Adams.
Dirk Elzinga, MD of the new CTICC in Cape Town, says the BEQSA show is intended to showcase the centre`s ability to host premium tradeshows in the Western Cape.
