BASDA members elect Access to help with Internet focus

Access Accounting Ltd, the UK brand leader in e-commerce financials software, has joined the BASDA General Council.

Corporate Projects Manager Kevin Misselbrook has been elected onto the General Council of BASDA (Business Applications Software Developers Association).

BASDA Chief Executive Dennis Keeling said, "It`s exciting to have Access Accounting as one of the three members newly elected to the General Council. Access is particularly active in Internet connectivity in the mid-range market and we look forward to them making a substantial contribution to BASDA`s eBIS XML focus."

This influential body operates internationally, setting new standards for accounting technology. Access will be one of 13 members on the council and will have input into the way the software industry responds to new technology worldwide.

Kevin Misselbrook said, "BASDA is the leading authority on business applications and we are proud to be part of the council."
