Baseline NGN`s Johannesburg office has recently celebrated its second full year of operation.
Its successful growth in Johannesburg has its foundations in Baseline`s "Right Partner Programme".
"Taking the same business practices/principles that are the cornerstone of our customer `Right Partner Programme` and applying them to our strategic business partner (BP) relationships, has reaped untold rewards for our Johannesburg customers, BPs and of course Baseline," says Baseline NGN`s CEO Gordon Faint.
Over the last financial year, the office has expanded to incorporate a sales team that offers business solutions and products across a vast spectrum of the ITC market.
"Interestingly, organic growth in Johannesburg proved somewhat unsuccessful initially," continues Faint.
"It was only once we partnered and co-operated with like-minded organisations that did not necessarily have the same skill sets as Baseline that we began to see customer success.
"Baseline focuses on the medium enterprise space, and while we traditionally offer services in the legacy and next-generation voice and data convergence arena, it became more apparent that we needed to broaden our solutions offerings to our customers. Hence, the strategic alliances with our BPs," adds Faint.
