Bateleur Customised Solutions, the server-based network supply division of Bateleur Holdings, has clinched the coveted Citrix Certified Solution Network (CNS) Partner of the Year award just 12 months after being appointed a Citrix CSN partner.
The award, presented to MD Jenny Borrie and director John Steyn at a recent function in Johannesburg, by SA agent for Citrix, Workgroup, recognises the CSN partner to have achieved revenue milestones and consistently delivered in the areas of technical skill and commitment.
Citrix product manager at Workgroup, Nadine Barnard, says Bateleur achieved just that in 1999 - new customer sites and revenue delivery, coupled with a commitment to technical excellence and an ongoing focus on Citrix`s solutions- based offerings.
Citrix`s server-based computing delivers major benefits to customers, the most frequently cited being the cost savings of the system, and the fact that, through Citrix, company IT departments are able to reclaim IT control!
Bateleur Customised Solutions has already installed Citrix solutions at, among others, Senwes and Medscheme, while the company was also responsible for the Citrix installation at Workgroup when it moved to Midrand late last year.
