BaVaTech opens a Namibian office

Johannesburg, 14 Jan 2009

BaVa Technologies (BaVaTech) today announced that it has opened an office in Windhoek, Namibia, to handle its rapidly increasing business in that country.

“We already have in excess of 10 installations in Namibia, including NamPower and Telecom Namibia,” commented Cobus Barnard, Managing Director of BaVa Technologies. “In addition, we are the sole distributor for RAD Data Communications in Namibia and therefore it made sense to us, at this time, to further strengthen our commitment to this country.”

BaVaTech has some 100 installations across many countries in Africa, including some in Botswana, Eritrea, Lesotho, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Swaziland and Zambia in addition to its base in Namibia and South Africa.
