BCX director steps down

Felleng Sekha, the non-executive director of technology company Business Connexion (BCX), has resigned.

She was due to retire by rotation, in accordance with the company's Memorandum of Incorporation, and, being eligible, had offered herself for re-election.

Sekha was appointed as a partner at Brunswick Group LLP in August 2011, according to the company.

She subsequently indicated that, due to a conflict of interest with a current client and possible future clients, she will be stepping down at the AGM, scheduled for 19 January 2012.

“The annual report was already in print on receipt of this notification. The resolution will therefore be withdrawn,” says BCX.
