BI harnesses Web 2.0
Jigsaw, a provider of business information and data services that leverage user-generated content contributed by its business-to-business community, has unveiled Research Tab, a free resource for an improved approach to investigating companies online, writes Information Today.
Research Tab is designed to equip individuals with automatic, detailed information. The resource harnesses the power of Web 2.0 tools, including RSS and social networking sites, to deliver relevant, aggregated BI.
In one view, individuals can gain instant access to a company's recent news and announcements, Web analytic details, job listings, financial information, maps and more.
