BizCom eCommunications, a division of BizCom Web Services, has reportedly unveiled a hosted Microsoft Office Communications Server R2 with next-generation collaboration tools such as dial-in audio conferencing, high-definition video, desktop sharing, group chat, attendant console, and single-user reach and SIP, says TMCnet.

According to the company, this new hosted Microsoft OCS R2 offers streamlined communications to users, and helps everyone in the organisation to communicate with the right person, right now, from the applications they use most.

Elaborating on OCS R2 features, Mark Wiener, president of BizCom Web Services, said the new OCS provides businesses increased eCommunication flexibility.

Canon unveils Pixma printer

Canon has introduced the Pixma Office All-in-One Inkjet printer Pixma MX328, reports ITVarNews.

The new Inkjet Office All-in-One printer offers reliability and performance to its business users, says the company.

It adds that the Pixma Office all-in-one inkjet printer MX328 is powerful, versatile and a great device for professional purposes.

Ikon adds Ricoh printers to portfolio

Ikon Office Solutions, a Ricoh company, has added the Ricoh Pro C550EX and C700EX to its production colour portfolio, states Graphic Arts Online.

The Ricoh Pro C550EX and C700EX deliver outstanding speed, reliability, and flexibility and feature the EFI Fiery E-8100 print server for high quality colour with precise control, says Ricoh.

Users can finish important jobs quickly with the Ricoh Pro C550EX, which delivers 55ppm (pages per minute) colour or 60ppm black and white, with the Ricoh Pro C700EX delivering 70ppm colour or 75ppm black and white.
