BlackBerry synched with Google apps
Google Apps will now give company-issued BlackBerry devices some push and synch functionality, reports CNET News.
The Google Apps Connector promises to push Gmail messages within 60 seconds, and synch in-box actions like assigning labels and archiving messages. Users will also be able to search contacts from the company's global address list, a huge bonus for mobile workers.
Synchronisation between the Google Calendar and the BlackBerry calendar is one-way in this release, with Google's calendar populating the user's schedule on the phone. Google plans to include bi-directional calendar synching in the future.

WizeHive unveils content capture solution
WizeHive has unveiled a bookmarklet for capturing content, a calendar application, and other tools that make content consumption and sharing more efficient, says eWeek.
The bookmarklet lets users capture URLs to Web content from their e-mail accounts, Twitter or other Web sites and upload them to WizeHive without leaving their application to open WizeHive.
This boosts the content-sharing appeal of WizeHive because users don't have to be accessing the WizeHive workspaces to add key links for collaboration.
