A non-executive director has resigned and will leave the company at year-end, says Blue Label Telecoms.
Herbert Theledi tendered his resignation from the board of directors with effect from 30 December. The company did not provide reasons for his decision.
Theledi, who was born in 1964, has a BCom degree and a Higher Diploma in Education. He is MD and chairman of Nthwese Investment Group and Nthwese Investment Holdings Consortium.
Theledi holds shares and directorships in various businesses operating in the property, engineering, warehousing, logistics, motor dealership and distribution industries. He serves in several business and community forums in SA.
Among his other directorships are positions on the boards of Real Africa Investment Holdings, Xitlati Investments and Phumelela Mining Resource. He is a member of the Consultative Business Forum in Mpumalanga, the Bushbuckridge Chamber of Commerce and the action group committee of the Bushbuckridge Education Forum.
