Blue Turtle Technologies (Blue Turtle) has announced the acquisition of AfricanPulse Mobile Solutions (AMS) effective 1 March 2011.
“The decision for the acquisition forms part of Blue Turtle's strategy to develop and enhance our current solutions and services for the telecommunications industry. AMS is a company specialising in development, integration and the provision of professional services within the ICT sector.
