Blue Turtle Technologies announced that it has recently partnered with SourceFire in southern Africa.
SourceFire is a network-based intrusion detection and prevention system built on the open source Snort IDS solution. The solution assists IT managers, network managers and network administrators to manage threats to the network with ease via its central management centre.
SourceFire's unique way of calculating true risk to the data and network allows security personnel to focus on the most eminent threats with the highest priority first.
