Quest Software, a leading provider of application, database and Windows management solutions, has been awarded Microsoft`s 2004 Global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner of the Year Award.
Martyn Healy, marketing director of local Quest representative Blue Turtle Technologies, said: "Receiving this award positions Quest as the number one Microsoft partner at the top of the Windows management space. The Global ISV Partner award winner is chosen each year from among Microsoft`s Global ISV Partners, a select group of organisations committed to delivering quality Microsoft Windows-based solutions to worldwide customers. A panel of Microsoft judges evaluated the companies` achievements in customer solution delivery and service, go-to-market initiatives and partnership effectiveness.
The Windows Management group at Quest Software works closely with Microsoft to build, market and sell solutions that enhance Microsoft`s Active Directory, Exchange Server and Windows Server management and migration solutions, as well as products for managing the Microsoft SQL Server environment.

Microsoft also honoured Quest Software with its Winning Customers Award in the category of Windows NT4 Migration Solution. This award recognises Quest`s work with the US Army, a project that will migrate more than 500 000 users from Windows NT to Active Directory on Windows Server 2003.
Blue Turtle Technologies provides innovative software solutions for managing IT infrastructure. The solutions encompass enterprise application integration, business process, service management and customer service, information security management and systems management.
