PIC Solutions has been selected by BoE Bank to re-develop application risk scorecards for the bank`s wide range of consumer credit portfolios.
In this turnkey analytical project, members of the PIC Solutions Scoring & Modelling team will develop new scorecards and work closely with the BoE Bank risk management team to ensure that the implementation and ongoing usage of the risk models will generate significantly improved results.
This project expands upon a RiskMentor consulting relationship, which has been in place with PIC Solutions for a number of years. In a RiskMentor relationship, resources can be used from any area of PIC expertise, including credit risk management consulting, analytics, scorecard and model development, project management and software services.
