Payroll and HR specialist Softline VIP recently appointed Emile Bosman as the head of HR Consulting.
Managing Director Anton van Heerden says Bosman's responsibilities will include strategically positioning HR Consulting as a business unit, providing a professional HR consulting service and overseeing the successful implementation of VIP's HR Genesis system.
Bosman's knowledge spans the full spectrum of HR services, from psychological assessment, leadership development and organisational development, to performance management consultation, strategic HR and systems designing.
He has eight years of industry knowledge and 10 years of consulting experience which he obtained in Lebanon, Poland, the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana and Namibia.
