Boyden Global Executive Search is establishing a local presence in SA, following TMP Worldwide`s decision to withdraw from emerging markets.
Boyden Global Executive Search is a worldwide executive search company. It is to team up with TASA SA`s staff, who were previously linked with TMP, to offer services locally.
David Lowry, managing partner of the newly-aligned company, says: "Following this move, Boyden Global Executive Search SA now boasts the only dedicated IT/telecommunications practice among the local representation of any of the world`s top executive search companies.
"With IT now being one of the fundamental pillars supporting the strategy of any organisation, selecting the correct staff for any senior position is crucial, particularly in an environment where there is still a significant skills shortage," Lowry says.
"Our newly established links with Boyden`s internationally, allow us access to all their respective practices worldwide."
