Tarsus Technologies, the distribution arm of MB Technologies, has announced that Hewlett-Packard`s new generation of 6-way NetServers are now available. While offering blistering performance and superb reliability, the most outstanding feature of the new LH6000 and LT6000 servers is bound to be their price.
Margie Adam, Hewlett-Packard PC product manager at Tarsus Technologies, reveals that these 6-way servers are being offered at the price of 4-way machines. "The HP NetServer LT and LH 6000 offer clearly superior performance and scalability without breaking the bank," she declares. According to her, the six-way configuration is a first; traditionally, there is a jump from a 4-way to an 8-way machine.
