Brennan IT invests in continuity offerings
service (IaaS) in anticipation of substantial and long-term growth in the area, writes ARN Net.
According to Tech World, MD Dave Stevens said the SAN upgrade meant the company could deploy disaster-recovery offerings and management tools.
At present, the cloud services sector is worth $2 million in revenue per month, with 150 customers using the IaaS offerings.
The $1.5 million upgrade is largely earmarked for the rollout of new EMC storage area networks and a migration to Cisco kit, reports iTWire.
Stevens said the company currently had over $10 million worth of balance sheet assets underpinning its services portfolio.
